In Saturday's league game, the Cheshire Academy Cats (Cheshire, CT) football team got by the host Phillips Exeter Academy Lions (Exeter, NH), by a score of 35-33.

The Cats (2-0) will now prepare for their game against Deerfield Academy (Deerfield, MA). The Big Green come into the Northeast Prep game with a 2-0 record.

The Lions now sport a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Taft School for a non-league game on Saturday, October 7.
