In Saturday's non-league contest, the Starr's Mill Panthers (Fayetteville, GA) volleyball squad nudged the host East Coweta Indians (Sharpsburg, GA), by a margin of 2-1.
Next up, the Panthers battle the McIntosh Chiefs (Peachtree City, GA) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, September 23. Starr's Mill will attempt to better on its 22-5 season record. The Chiefs go into the contest with a 2-3 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Newnan (Newnan, GA).
With the loss, East Coweta moves to 5-7 on the year.
