In Saturday's non-league battle, the host Winslow Black Raiders soccer squad scored a good 8-0 triumph over the Maine Central Institute Huskies.
The Black Raiders (3-2) will now prepare for their battle against Nokomis (Newport, ME). The Warriors come into the Class B - North battle with a 2-5 record. In their last battle, Nokomis was overwhelmed by Gardiner (Gardiner, ME), 10-0, in a league battle.
The Huskies (1-4) will now prepare for their battle against Bucksport (Bucksport, ME). The Golden Bucks come into the Class C - North battle with a 5-1 record. In their last battle, Bucksport thwarted Central (East Corinth, ME), 6-1, in a league battle.
