The Maranatha Christian Academy Mustangs topped the host Edison Tommies volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Mustangs now have a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Croix Prep for a Skyline test on Monday, September 25. Maranatha Christian Academy will confront a Lions team coming off a 3-0 league win over St. Agnes (St. Paul, MN). The Lions record now stands at 5-6.
The Tommies (2-9) will now prepare for their test against Prairie Seeds Academy (Brooklyn Park, MN). The enter the non-league test with a 0-2 record. In their last test, Prairie Seeds Academy was knocked off by Avail Academy (Minneapolis, MN), 3-1, in a non-league test.
