The Knoxville Panthers volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Grand View Christian Thunder to 0 in the Panthers non-league victory on Saturday.

The Panthers now have a 17-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Algona for a non-league game on Saturday, September 23. Knoxville will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Iowa Falls-Alden (Iowa Falls, IA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 9-9.

The Thunder (2-24) will now prepare for their game against Nodaway Valley (Greenfield, IA). The Wolverines enter the non-league game with a 6-10 record. In their last game, Nodaway Valley dropped by Bedford (Bedford, IA), 3-1, in a league game.
