Iowa High School Volleyball - Hartley-Melvin-Sanborn can't hold off South O'Brien

In Saturday's league battle, the visiting South O'Brien Wolverines volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the Hartley-Melvin-Sanborn Hawks.
The Wolverines (4-10) will now prepare for their battle against Okoboji (Milford, IA). The Pioneers come into the non-league battle with a 2-11 record. In their last battle, Okoboji was edged by Central Lyon (Rock Rapids, IA), 3-0, in a league battle.
Next, the Hawks encounter the George-Little Rock Mustangs (George, IA) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, September 26. Hartley-Melvin-Sanborn will attempt to move on its 5-10 season record. The Mustangs come into the battle with a 6-6 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Harris-Lake Park (Lake Park, IA).
