The Lodi Flames held off the host San Joaquin Memorial Panthers volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Flames now have a 12-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Tracy for a Tri-City Athletic League test on Tuesday, September 26. Lodi will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 3-0 league loss to St. Mary's (Stockton, CA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 11-11.
The Panthers (12-9) will now prepare for their test against Bullard (Fresno, CA). The Knights enter the CMAC/NYL test with a 21-7 record. In their last test, Bullard was nudged by Minarets (O'Neals, CA), 2-0, in a non-league test.
