The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Sage Creek Bobcats (Carlsbad, CA) and the host Mira Mesa Marauders (San Diego, CA), saw Sage Creek's volleyball squad beat Mira Mesa by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Sage Creek upgrades its record to 20-15 on the year. The Bobcats host Carlsbad (Carlsbad, CA) to play the Lancers in a Coastal (NCC) bout on Thursday, September 28. The Lancers go into the bout with a record of 16-7. Carlsbad won 3-1 in their recent league bout against Canyon Crest Academy (San Diego, CA)

The Marauders now own a 14-10 record. They play next when they host Escondido for a non-league bout on Saturday, September 23. Mira Mesa will play a Cougars squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Ramona (Ramona, CA). The Cougars record now stands at 5-11.
