In Monday's league challenge, the host Cornerstone Christian Cougars volleyball team scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Appalachian Christian School Trailblazers.

The Cougars (2-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Appalachian Christian School (Duffield, VA). The Trailblazers come into the challenge with a 4-5 record. In their last challenge, Appalachian Christian School was nudged by Cornerstone Christian (Rockingham, VA), 2-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Trailblazers meet the Cornerstone Christian Cougars (Rockingham, VA) in a challenge, on Tuesday, September 24. Appalachian Christian School will attempt to upgrade on its 4-5 season record. The Cougars come into the challenge with a 2-8 record after their 2-1 league win over Appalachian Christian School (Duffield, VA).
