The Christ the King Crusaders soccer squad scored 2 points and held the host Corvian Community Cardinals to 1 in the Crusaders league victory on Monday.

The Crusaders now hold a 3-4 record. They play next when they host Community School of Davidson for a Catawba Shores Athletic 1A/2A bout on Wednesday, September 25. Christ the King will play a Spartans squad coming off a 5-0 league loss to Bradford Prep (Charlotte, NC). The Spartans record now stands at 3-4.

With the loss, Corvian Community moves to 2-4 on the year. The Cardinals travel to Mountain Island Charter (Mt. Holly, NC) to play the Raptors in a Catawba Shores Athletic 1A/2A bout on Wednesday, September 25. The Raptors go into the bout with a record of 1-4. Mountain Island Charter lost 3-0 in their recent league bout against Pine Lake Prep (Mooresville, NC)
