College Prep of America Thunder (Lombard, IL) boosters exited the stadium pleased Monday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the host MCC Crescents (Morton Grove, IL), 6-1 in a league test.

With the triumph, College Prep of America moves its record to 5-5 on the campaign. The Thunder travel to Islamic Foundation (Villa Park, IL) to meet the Chargers in a Metro Prep match on Wednesday, September 25. The Chargers come into the match with a record of 4-4. Islamic Foundation won 3-1 in their recent non-league match against Unity Christian Academy (South Holland, IL)

The Crescents now sport a 0-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Universal for a Metro Prep match on Wednesday, September 25. MCC will meet a Stars team coming off a 7-1 non-league win over Beacon Academy (Evanston, IL). The Stars record now stands at 9-3.
