White Oak Vikings (Jacksonville, NC) boosters exited the stadium pleased Monday as they witnessed their soccer team get by the host East Duplin Panthers (Beulaville, NC), 3-2 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, White Oak moves its record to 3-6 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to Dixon (Holly Ridge, NC) to clash with the Bulldogs in a Coastal 3A test on Tuesday, October 1. The Bulldogs come into the test with a record of 10-4. Dixon lost 1-0 in their recent non-league test against Spring Creek (Seven Springs, NC)

The Panthers now sport a 4-4 record. They take the field next when they host North Lenoir for a East Central 2A test on Wednesday, September 25. East Duplin will clash with a Hawks team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Wallace-Rose Hill (Teachey, NC). The Hawks record now stands at 5-6.
