The Woodbury Royals smashed the visiting Irondale Knights soccer team by a tally of 7-0 in Monday's non-league game.

Next, the Royals clash with the White Bear Lake Bears (White Bear Lake, MN) in a Class AA Section 4 game, on Tuesday, September 24. Woodbury will attempt to advance on its 5-1 season record. The Bears come into the game with a 7-1 record after their 2-1 league win over Park (Cottage Grove, MN).

The Knights (0-10) will now prepare for their game against Mounds View (Arden Hills, MN). The Mustangs come into the Class AA Section 5 game with a 2-7 record. In their last game, Mounds View was overwhelmed by Cretin-Derham Hall (St. Paul, MN), 3-0, in a non-league game.
