North Carolina High School Soccer - Wakefield nudges Rolesville

In Monday's league outing, the visiting Wakefield Wolverines soccer squad scored a tight 3-2 victory over the Rolesville Rams.

The Wolverines (10-1) will now prepare for their outing against Wake Forest (Wake Forest, NC). The Cougars go into the Northern Athletic 4A outing with a 5-4 record. In their last outing, Wake Forest got by Knightdale (Knightdale, NC), 5-0, in a league outing.

Next up, the Rams confront the Millbrook Wildcats (Raleigh, NC) in a Northern Athletic 4A outing, on Wednesday, September 25. Rolesville will attempt to improve on its 12-2 season record. The Wildcats go into the outing with a 4-3 record after their 2-1 league loss to Heritage (Wake Forest, NC).
