The Bartlesville Bruins got by the visiting Preston Pirates softball squad by a count of 2-1 in Monday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Bruins meet the Lincoln Christian Bulldogs (Tulsa, OK) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 24. Bartlesville will attempt to upgrade on its 21-9 season record.

The Pirates (26-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Kiefer (Kiefer, OK). The Trojans go into the Class A challenge with a 16-8 record.
