The Prince Avenue Christian Wolverines got by the visiting Winder-Barrow Bulldoggs softball squad by a count of 5-4 in Monday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Wolverines meet the Hart County Bulldogs (Hartwell, GA) in a 2A Region 8 challenge, on Tuesday, September 24. Prince Avenue Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 17-5 season record. The Bulldogs go into the challenge with a 6-9 record after their 10-3 league loss to Hebron Christian (Dacula, GA).

The Bulldoggs (10-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Habersham Central (Mt. Airy, GA). The Raiders go into the 5A Region 8 challenge with a 4-13 record. In their last challenge, Habersham Central was nudged by Apalachee (Winder, GA), 9-1, in a league challenge.
