North Carolina High School Volleyball - Ayden - Grifton over South Central

In Monday's non-league challenge, the host Ayden - Grifton Chargers volleyball team scored a 3-0 win over the South Central Falcons.

With the win, Ayden - Grifton improves its record to 19-1 on the season. The Chargers host Farmville Central (Farmville, NC) to encounter the Jaguars in a Eastern Plains 2A battle on Tuesday, September 24. The Jaguars go into the battle with a record of 9-4. Farmville Central won 3-0 in their recent league battle against SouthWest Edgecombe (Pinetops, NC)

The Falcons now own a 9-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host J.H. Rose for a Big Carolina 3A/4A battle on Tuesday, September 24. South Central will encounter a Rampants squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Jacksonville (Jacksonville, NC). The Rampants record now stands at 14-2.
