The Buckingham Knights (Buckingham, VA) volleyball topped the visiting William Campbell Generals (Naruna, VA), 3-1 in Monday's non-league game.

Next up, the Knights confront the Prince Edward County Eagles (Farmville, VA) in a James River game, on Thursday, September 26. Buckingham will attempt to advance on its 1-5 season record. The Eagles go into the game with a 2-9 record after their 3-1 league loss to Randolph-Henry (Charlotte Court House, VA).

The Generals (0-8) will now prepare for their game against Chatham (Chatham, VA). The Cavaliers go into the Dogwood game with a 3-4 record. In their last game, Chatham gained a win over Bassett (Bassett, VA), 3-1, in a non-league game.
