The Burlington Seahorses volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Champlain Valley Union Redhawks to 0 in the Seahorses league triumph on Monday.

The Seahorses now have a 6-2 record. They play next when they travel to Essex for a Northern outing on Thursday, September 26. Burlington will play a Hornets team coming off a 3-1 league win over Mt. Mansfield (Jericho, VT). The Hornets record now stands at 6-0.

With the loss, Champlain Valley Union drops to 5-2 on the campaign. The Redhawks travel to Mount Anthony (Bennington, VT) to play the Patriots in a non-league outing on Wednesday, September 25. The Patriots come into the outing with a record of 4-3. Mount Anthony lost 3-1 in their recent non-league outing against Mt. Mansfield (Jericho, VT)
