Kentucky High School Volleyball - Metcalfe County over Foundation Christian Academy

The Metcalfe County Hornets volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting Foundation Christian Academy Falcons to 0 in the Hornets non-league triumph on Monday.

The Hornets now have a 8-14 record. They play next when they travel to Barren County for a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 24. Metcalfe County will play a Trojans team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Larue County (Hodgenville, KY). The Trojans record now stands at 12-11.

With the loss, Foundation Christian Academy drops to 5-15 on the campaign. The Falcons host Edmonson County (Brownsville, KY) to play the Wildcats in a non-league outing on Thursday, September 26. The Wildcats come into the outing with a record of 12-11. Edmonson County won 3-1 in their recent league outing against Butler County (Morgantown, KY)
