Fans at Monday's non-league contest between the Mainland Regional Mustangs (Linwood, NJ) and the host Ocean City Raiders (Ocean City, NJ), observed Mainland Regional's volleyball team top Ocean City by a count of 2-0.

The Mustangs (3-6) will now prepare for their contest against Pleasantville (Pleasantville, NJ). The Greyhounds enter the non-league contest with a 0-9 record. In their last contest, Pleasantville was knocked off by Middle Township (Cape May Court House, NJ), 2-1, in a league contest.

Next, the Raiders meet the Cedar Creek Pirates (Egg Harbor City, NJ) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, September 24. Ocean City will attempt to move on its 3-5 season record. The Pirates enter the contest with a 11-0 record after their 2-0 league win over Absegami (Galloway, NJ).
