Dinwiddie Generals (Dinwiddie, VA) followers were pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their volleyball team tip the host Petersburg Crimson Wave (Petersburg, VA), 3-2 in a league challenge.

The Generals (2-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Prince George (Prince George, VA). The Royals come into the Central challenge with a 7-1 record. In their last challenge, Prince George edged Matoaca (Chesterfield, VA), 3-1, in a league game.

The Crimson Wave (1-5) will now prepare for their game against Thomas Dale (Chester, VA). The Knights go into the Central game with a 4-9 record. In their last game, Thomas Dale was edged by Cosby (Midlothian, VA), 3-1, in a non-league game.
