Fans at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Hunter Wolverines (West Valley City, UT) and the host Granger Lancers (West Valley City, UT), saw Hunter's soccer squad hold off Granger by a count of 2-1.

The Wolverines (3-4) will now prepare for their battle against Kearns (Kearns, UT). The Cougars enter the non-league battle with a 0-8 record. In their last battle, Kearns was edged by Taylorsville (Taylorsville, UT), 2-0, in a non-league battle.

Next up, the Lancers confront the Hillcrest Huskies (Midvale, UT) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, September 25. Granger will attempt to upgrade on its 6-5 season record.
