Washington High School Soccer - Blaine nudges Nooksack Valley

In Tuesday's league outing, the host Blaine Borderites soccer squad scored a tight 3-2 victory over the Nooksack Valley Pioneers.
The Borderites (2-4) will now prepare for their outing against Sedro-Woolley (Sedro-Woolley, WA). The Cubs go into the 1A/2A/3A Northwest outing with a 1-5 record. In their last test, Sedro-Woolley was tipped by Lynden (Lynden, WA), 2-0, in a league test.
The Pioneers now sport a 0-4 record. They take the field next when they host Lynden Christian for a 1A/2A/3A Northwest test on Thursday, September 25. Nooksack Valley will clash with a Lyncs team coming off a 10-0 league win over Mt. Baker (Deming, WA). The Lyncs record now stands at 3-2.
