In Tuesday's non-league game, the visiting Broadway Gobblers volleyball squad scored a tight 2-1 win over the William Monroe Dragons.
Next up, the Gobblers face the East Rockingham Eagles (Elkton, VA) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, September 30. Broadway will attempt to advance on its 6-2 season record. The Eagles go into the game with a 3-6 record after their 2-0 league loss to William Monroe (Stanardsville, VA).
The Dragons (4-6) will now prepare for their outing against East Rockingham (Elkton, VA). The Eagles come into the outing with a 3-5 record. In their last outing, East Rockingham was nudged by Turner Ashby (Bridgewater, VA), 2-1, in a non-league outing.
