The Charlottesville Black Knights topped the host Monticello Mustangs volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Tuesday's non-league outing.

The Black Knights now possess a 5-4 record. They play next when they host Western Albemarle for a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 30. Charlottesville will play a Warriors team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Louisa County (Mineral, VA). The Warriors record now stands at 7-1.

With the loss, Monticello drops to 4-5 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Fluvanna County (Palmyra, VA) to play the Flying Flucos in a non-league outing on Thursday, September 25. The Flying Flucos come into the outing with a record of 7-2. Fluvanna County won 2-0 in their recent non-league game against Orange County (Orange, VA)
