With the win, Logan County improves its record to 7-3 on the season. The Cougars travel to Bowling Green (Bowling Green, KY) to face the Purples in a non-league test on Thursday, September 25. The Purples go into the test with a record of 6-0. Bowling Green won 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Warren Central (Bowling Green, KY)

The Wildcats now own a 1-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Glasgow for a non-league test on Monday, September 29. Franklin-Simpson will face a Scotties squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Cumberland County (Burkesville, KY). The Scotties record now stands at 3-7.
