In Tuesday's non-league outing, the host Temple Christian Crusaders soccer squad scored a tight 2-0 victory over the Christian Heritage Academy Knights.
The Crusaders (6-2) will now prepare for their outing against Timberlake Christian (Forest, VA). The Tornadoes go into the VACA outing with a 2-9 record. In their last outing, Timberlake Christian got by Roanoke Valley Christian (Roanoke, VA), 2-1, in a league outing.
Next up, the Knights confront the Faith Christian Warriors (Roanoke, VA) in a VACA outing, on Thursday, September 25. Christian Heritage Academy will attempt to improve on its 1-8 season record. The Warriors go into the test with a 3-2 record after their 3-2 league loss to Dayspring Christian Academy (Blacksburg, VA).
