In Tuesday's league test, the Central Lions (Carrollton, GA) softball team routed the host Starr's Mill Panthers (Fayetteville, GA), by a margin of 8-1.
The Lions now sport a 16-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to East Coweta for a non-league outing on Thursday, September 25. Central will encounter a Indians team coming off a 11-0 non-league win over Trinity Christian (Sharpsburg, GA). The Indians record now stands at 16-3.
With the loss, Starr's Mill moves to 16-7 on the season. The Panthers travel to Harris County (Hamilton, GA) to clash with the Tigers in a 4A Region 3 test on Wednesday, September 24. The Tigers go into the test with a record of 19-4. Harris County won 7-0 in their recent league test against Griffin (Griffin, GA)
