In Tuesday's non-league game, the visiting Checotah Wildcats softball squad scored a close 10-6 triumph over the Glenpool Warriors.

With the triumph, Checotah upgrades its record to 5-8 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Fort Gibson (Fort Gibson, OK) to play the Tigers in a 4A District 6 battle on Thursday, September 25. The Tigers come into the battle with a record of 21-8. Fort Gibson won 9-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Bishop Kelley (Tulsa, OK)

The Warriors (17-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Muskogee (Muskogee, OK). The Roughers enter the non-league challenge with a 12-18 record. In their last challenge, Muskogee was routed by Jenks (Jenks, OK), 10-0, in a non-league challenge.
