The Griffin Bears softball team (Griffin, GA), was routed 7-0 in Tuesday's league bout with the visiting Harris County Tigers (Hamilton, GA)

The Tigers (19-4) will now prepare for their bout against Starr's Mill (Fayetteville, GA). The Panthers go into the 4A Region 3 bout with a 16-7 record. In their last contest, Starr's Mill was routed by Central (Carrollton, GA), 8-1, in a league contest.

The Bears now hold a 0-7 record. They play next when they travel to Northside for a 4A Region 3 contest on Thursday, September 25. Griffin will clash with a Patriots team coming off a 13-1 non-league win over Columbus (Columbus, GA). The Patriots record now stands at 17-4.
