The Piedmont Wildcats triumphed over the visiting Putnam City Pirates softball squad by a count of 13-0 in Tuesday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Wildcats meet the Southmoore SaberCats (Moore, OK) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 25. Piedmont will attempt to upgrade on its 21-9 season record. The SaberCats enter the challenge with a 20-13 record after their 16-6 non-league win over Owasso (Owasso, OK).
With the loss, Putnam City moves to 5-26 on the season. The Pirates travel to Bishop McGuinness (Oklahoma City, OK) to confront the Fighting Irish in a non-league battle on Thursday, September 25. The Fighting Irish come into the battle with a record of 6-21.
