Robert Toombs Christian Academy Crusaders (Lyons, GA) fans exited the stadium satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their softball team tip the visiting Thomas Jefferson Academy Jaguars (Louisville, GA), 4-1 in a non-league match.

The Crusaders (13-6) will now prepare for their match against David Emanuel Academy (Stillmore, GA). The Eagles come into the GIAA Class A & AA District 6 match with a 14-2 record. In their last match, David Emanuel Academy nipped First Preparatory Christian Academy (Hinesville, GA), 19-1, in a league challenge.

The Jaguars (8-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Gatewood (Eatonton, GA). The Gators enter the GIAA Class A & AA District 4 battle with a 9-7 record. In their last battle, Gatewood nipped Briarwood Academy (Warrenton, GA), 15-10, in a league battle.
