The Excelsior Charter Eagles volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Academy of Careers & Exploration Eagle to 0 in the Eagles league triumph on Tuesday.

Next up, the Eagles confront the Riverside Prep Silver Knights (Oro Grande, CA) in a Cross Valley match, on Thursday, September 25. Excelsior Charter will attempt to advance on its 5-13 season record. The Silver Knights enter the match with a 9-9 record after their 3-2 league loss to Silver Valley (Yermo, CA).

The Eagle (3-11) will now prepare for their match against Hesperia Christian (Hesperia, CA). The Patriots enter the Cross Valley match with a 15-5 record. In their last match, Hesperia Christian gained a win over Academy for Academic Excellence (Apple Valley, CA), 3-1, in a league match.
