MCC Crescents (Morton Grove, IL) backers were pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the host Aqsa Legends (Bridgeview, IL), 2-0 in a league challenge.

The Crescents (10-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Aqsa (Bridgeview, IL). The Legends come into the Metro Prep challenge with a 1-2 record. In their last challenge, Aqsa lost by Islamic Foundation (Villa Park, IL), 2-0, in a league game.

With the loss, Aqsa drops to 1-4 on the campaign. The Legends host MCC (Morton Grove, IL) to play the Crescents in a Metro Prep outing on Tuesday, September 23. The Crescents come into the outing with a record of 8-1. MCC won 2-0 in their recent league outing against Islamic Foundation (Villa Park, IL)
