California High School Volleyball - St. Anthony edged by Bishop Amat

The St. Anthony Saints volleyball squad (Long Beach, CA), was edged 3-2 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Bishop Amat Lancers (La Puente, CA)

With the win, Bishop Amat improves its record to 22-4 on the season. The Lancers travel to Saint Joseph (Lakewood, CA) to encounter the Jesters in a Del Rey battle on Tuesday, September 30. The Jesters go into the battle with a record of 11-14. Saint Joseph won 3-0 in their recent league battle against St. Anthony (Long Beach, CA)

The Saints now own a 11-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Saint Joseph for a Del Rey battle on Thursday, September 25. St. Anthony will meet a Jesters team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Bishop Montgomery (Torrance, CA). The Jesters record now stands at 10-14.
