In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the host Butte County Pirates volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Oakley Hornets.
The Pirates (14-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Murtaugh (Murtaugh, ID). The Red Devils go into the non-league test with a 12-6 record. In their last test, Murtaugh achieved victory over Lighthouse Christian (Twin Falls, ID), 3-0, in a league test.
The Hornets now own a 11-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Raft River for a 2A Snake River test on Thursday, September 25. Oakley will face a Trojans squad coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Wendell (Wendell, ID). The Trojans record now stands at 2-6.
