Texas High School Volleyball - Canyon Lake over Fredericksburg

Fans at Tuesday's league contest between the Canyon Lake Hawks (Fischer, TX) and the visiting Fredericksburg Billies (Fredericksburg, TX), saw Canyon Lake's volleyball squad notch a victory over Fredericksburg by a score of 3-1.

With the win, Canyon Lake improves its record to 17-11 on the season. The Hawks host Long Creek (New Braunfels, TX) to encounter the Dragons in a 4A Region IV District 26 battle on Friday, September 26. The Dragons go into the battle with a record of 7-17. Long Creek lost 3-0 in their recent league battle against Wimberley (Wimberley, TX)

The Billies now own a 13-15 record. They take the field next when they host Bandera for a 4A Region IV District 26 contest on Friday, September 26. Fredericksburg will meet a BULLDOGS team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Davenport (San Antonio, TX). The BULLDOGS record now stands at 13-21.
