Texas High School Volleyball - Canyon over Judson

Fans at Tuesday's league contest between the Canyon Cougars (New Braunfels, TX) and the host Judson Rockets (Converse, TX), observed Canyon's volleyball team top Judson by a count of 3-0.

The Cougars (23-12) will now prepare for their contest against Steele (Cibolo, TX). The Knights enter the 6A Region IV District 29 battle with a 22-15 record. In their last battle, Steele achieved victory over San Marcos (San Marcos, TX), 3-0, in a league battle.

The Rockets now own a 11-20 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Johnson for a 6A Region IV District 29 battle on Friday, September 26. Judson will encounter a Jaguars squad coming off a 3-0 league win over East Central (San Antonio, TX). The Jaguars record now stands at 28-7.
