In Tuesday's league challenge, the host Eastern Hills Highlanders volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Carter-Riverside Eagles.
The Highlanders (4-18) will now prepare for their challenge against Dunbar (Fort Worth, TX). The Wildcats come into the 4A Region I District 8 challenge with a 3-8 record.
Next, the Eagles meet the Benbrook Bobcats (Benbrook, TX) in a 4A Region I District 8 challenge, on Friday, September 26. Carter-Riverside will attempt to upgrade on its 11-16 season record. The Bobcats come into the challenge with a 17-10 record after their 3-1 league win over Eastern Hills (Fort Worth, TX).
