In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the visiting Highland Home Flying Squadron volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Central Lions.
The Flying Squadron (5-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Brantley (Brantley, AL). The Bulldogs come into the non-league challenge with a 11-4 record. In their last challenge, Brantley lost by Straughn (Andalusia, AL), 3-2, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Lions meet the Notasulga Blue Devils (Notasulga, AL) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, September 24. Central will attempt to upgrade on its 2-7 season record. The Blue Devils come into the challenge with a 2-6 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Randolph County (Wedowee, AL).
