Arizona High School Volleyball - Verrado over Desert Edge

The Verrado Vipers (Buckeye, AZ) volleyball knocked off the host Desert Edge Scorpions (Goodyear, AZ), 3-0 in Tuesday's league bout.

The Vipers now possess a 7-5 record. They play next when they host Canyon View for a 5A - Desert West bout on Thursday, September 25. Verrado will clash with a Jaguars team coming off a 3-0 league win over Youngker (Buckeye, AZ). The Jaguars record now stands at 11-5.

With the loss, Desert Edge drops to 7-6 on the campaign. The Scorpions travel to Ironwood (Glendale, AZ) to clash with the Eagles in a non-league bout on Wednesday, September 24. The Eagles enter the match with a record of 7-6. Ironwood won 3-0 in their recent non-league match against Catalina Foothills (Tucson, AZ)
