The McEwen Warriors volleyball squad (McEwen, TN), was defeated 3-0 in Tuesday's non-league challenge with the host Dickson County Cougars (Dickson, TN)

The Cougars (14-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Sycamore (Pleasant View, TN). The War Eagles come into the non-league challenge with a 2-15 record. In their last challenge, Sycamore was beaten by Creek Wood (Charlotte, TN), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Warriors meet the Houston County Fighting Irish (Erin, TN) in a A District 10 challenge, on Thursday, September 25. McEwen will attempt to upgrade on its 4-6 season record. The Fighting Irish come into the challenge with a 12-7 record after their 3-2 league win over Waverly Central (Waverly, TN).
