California High School Volleyball - Enochs overwhelmed by Downey

The Downey Knights volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Enochs Eagles to 0 in the Knights league triumph on Tuesday.

The Knights now possess a 17-7 record. They play next when they travel to Turlock for a Central California - CCAL bout on Thursday, September 25. Downey will clash with a Bulldogs team coming off a 3-1 league win over Gregori (Modesto, CA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 16-4.

With the loss, Enochs drops to 2-9 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Sierra (Manteca, CA) to clash with the Timberwolves in a non-league match on Wednesday, September 24. The Timberwolves enter the match with a record of 1-14. Sierra lost 3-1 in their recent non-league match against Big Valley Christian (Modesto, CA)
