In Tuesday's league test, the visiting Wake Forest Cougars volleyball squad scored a 3-0 win over the East Wake Warriors.

With the win, Wake Forest improves its record to 8-6 on the season. The Cougars host Knightdale (Knightdale, NC) to face the Knights in a Northern Six 6A/7A test on Thursday, September 25. The Knights go into the test with a record of 4-13. Knightdale won 3-0 in their recent league test against Vance County (Henderson, NC)

The Warriors now own a 9-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Franklinton for a Northern Six 6A/7A test on Thursday, September 25. East Wake will face a Red Rams squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Heritage (Wake Forest, NC). The Red Rams record now stands at 11-4.
