The Shiner Comanches volleyball squad (Shiner, TX), was edged 3-2 in Tuesday's league contest with the host Flatonia Bulldogs (Flatonia, TX)
The Bulldogs (14-18) will now prepare for their contest against Ganado (Ganado, TX). The Indians enter the 2A Region IV District 27 contest with a 3-18 record. In their last contest, Ganado was tipped by Weimar (Weimar, TX), 3-0, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Comanches face the Schulenburg Shorthorns (Schulenburg, TX) in a 2A Region IV District 27 test, on Saturday, September 27. Shiner will attempt to improve on its 16-14 season record. The Shorthorns go into the test with a 23-12 record after their 3-0 league win over Louise (Louise, TX).
