Illinois High School Volleyball - Lena-Winslow over Forreston

In Tuesday's league challenge, the visiting Lena-Winslow Panthers volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Forreston Cardinals.

The Panthers (11-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Durand (Durand, IL). The Bulldogs come into the Northwest Upstate Illini challenge with a 14-6 record. In their last test, Durand went down by Rockford Christian (Rockford, IL), 2-0, in a non-league test.

The Cardinals now sport a 1-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Dakota for a Northwest Upstate Illini test on Wednesday, September 24. Forreston will play a Indians team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Orangeville (Orangeville, IL). The Indians record now stands at 11-9.
