The Genoa-Kingston Cogs topped the host Winnebago Indians volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Tuesday's league game.

Next up, the Cogs face the St. Edward Green Wave (Elgin, IL) in a non-league game, on Monday, September 29. Genoa-Kingston will attempt to advance on its 14-9 season record. The Green Wave go into the game with a 5-16 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Hinckley-Big Rock (Hinckley, IL).

The Indians (5-12) will now prepare for their game against Stillman Valley (Stillman Valley, IL). The Cardinals come into the Big Northern outing with a 5-13 record. In their last outing, Stillman Valley lost by Dixon (Dixon, IL), 2-0, in a league outing.
