Michigan High School Volleyball - Okemos tips Grand Ledge

The crowd at Tuesday's league battle between the Okemos Wolves (Okemos, MI) and the host Grand Ledge Comets (Grand Ledge, MI), saw Okemos's volleyball squad nudge Grand Ledge by a score of 3-2.

With the win, Okemos moves its record to 6-8 on the year. The Wolves host Waverly (Lansing, MI) to meet the Warriors in a Capital Area - Blue contest on Thursday, September 25. The Warriors enter the contest with a record of 1-14. Waverly lost 3-1 in their recent league contest against Holt (Holt, MI)

Next, the Comets meet the Everett Vikings (Lansing, MI) in a Capital Area - Blue contest, on Thursday, September 25. Grand Ledge will attempt to move on its 9-9 season record. The Vikings go into the battle with a 0-5 record after their 3-0 league loss to DeWitt (DeWitt, MI).
