In Tuesday's league challenge, the visiting Irrigon Knights volleyball squad scored a 3-1 win over the Grant Union Prospectors.
With the win, Irrigon improves its record to 11-4 on the season. The Knights host Heppner (Heppner, OR) to face the Mustangs in a 2A Blue Mountain test on Thursday, October 2. The Mustangs go into the test with a record of 16-6. Heppner won 3-2 in their recent league test against Stanfield (Stanfield, OR)
The Prospectors now own a 7-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Burns for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 30.
